Hand-harvested from our farm, this naturally aromatic Australian bush food offers a unique, slightly sweet flavour while providing a refreshing and calming experience.  Strawberry Gum isn’t just delicious - it’s naturally rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties supporting overall wellbeing.

• Hot or cold brew:  Steep1-2 teaspoons of crushed leaf in hot water for 3-5 minutes for a refreshing brew.  For a bulk brew use 4-5 teaspoons of crushed leaf per 1 litre of hot water for 3-5 minutes.
• Sweet treats:  Finely crush 1-2 teaspoons of crushed leaf and add to your favourite biscuit, cake or muffin mix for a hint of Australian bush.
• Savory dishes:  Finely crush leaves and add to home made mayonnaise, salad dressings and roast vegetables to give your food a bushy twist.

For a finer texture, gently crush the leaves with a mortar and pestle, spice grinder or even between your fingers.  This helps release the natural oils and flavours.

We pack and send orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted couriers. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 business days and express around 1–3 days. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 throughout Australia. Express delivery is available for $20.00.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Some items, like personal care products, can’t be returned unless faulty. To arrange a return, email info@ataraxisfarms.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds go back to your original payment once we receive and inspect the return.
